CURRENT IMPLEMENTATIONS

Currently the Partnership implements the industrial park in Cieszyn district, 8km from the boarder with the Czech Republic, on the area of 14 hectares, there are expected to be 6 modern industrial plants with the estimated total area of 40000 sq m. For such projects, there are currently works being done related to the development of an infrastructure and supply of utilities.

Our offer is directed mostly at companies from the automotive branch of industry, but also at enterprises which due to the current local conditions are unable to develop.

Newly designed investments are created in the build-to-suit system (BTS).
